Why we exist
The solutions are often already known. What's missing is the will to act on them before another generation inherits the same binder.
Problems that persist for decades usually have answers nobody implemented. Funding tends to reward activity whether or not outcomes move, and entire systems can end up sustaining the conditions they were built to fix. Nearly everyone benefits from that arrangement except the people living under it. We move evidence, and the will to act on it, across the borders where they usually stall: between data and decision, between community and institution, between commitment and design.
